- How Long: Your premium recliner is covered for 1.5 years on the mechanism and motor, from the day you buy it. We'll fix any issues with these main parts during normal use.
- What's Covered: Recliner mechanism and motor.
10 Days Replacement Policy
Hush Hiven is dedicated to bringing you excellent comfort and complete satisfaction. We're proud to offer well-designed, high-quality products with dependable service. In rare cases where a product arrives defective or damaged, we offer a replacement according to our policy. Since our products are large and specially packed for hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns once delivered. Our replacement policy is carefully created to provide a fair and smooth solution while keeping product quality and your trust intact.
- You must check the product when it arrives. If any product or part is defective or damaged, please contact Hush Hiven Customer Service right away by email or phone. You must report any issues within 10 days from the delivery date. If not reported within 10 days, we cannot process your claim.
- Keep the original packaging and box as it is. Do not discard it. The original packaging may be required for replacement or inspection purposes.
- After receiving a valid complaint, Hush Hiven will decide whether to replace the defective part or the entire product, based on the type of defect or damage.
- Hush Hiven may ask for photos or videos of the product to verify your claim. This may include close-up images of the defect/damage and wider shots of the delivered product.
- All replacements depend on product availability. If the same product is not available, Hush Hiven may offer a similar product of equal value or features.
- The final decision on all replacement requests rests with Hush Hiven. We reserve the right to decline any request that doesn't meet our policy terms. Hush Hiven is not required to respond to legal notices regarding replacement claims, as approval or rejection is at the company's sole discretion.
