The dual motor mechanism gives you complete control over the headrest and footrest with backrest reclining, allowing the recliner to adjust precisely to your comfort. Designed intentionally for high end home theatres. Rockefeller includes premium features like a three level touch sensor lamp, a chiller cup holder on the right armrest, beverage storage beneath it and a fast wireless charger on the left armrest. Everything you need for a uninterrupted movie experience is integrated within the seat.

10 Days Replacement Policy
Hush Hiven is dedicated to bringing you excellent comfort and complete satisfaction. We're proud to offer well-designed, high-quality products with dependable service. In rare cases where a product arrives defective or damaged, we offer a replacement according to our policy. Since our products are large and specially packed for hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns once delivered. Our replacement policy is carefully created to provide a fair and smooth solution while keeping product quality and your trust intact.
- You must check the product when it arrives. If any product or part is defective or damaged, please contact Hush Hiven Customer Service right away by email or phone. You must report any issues within 10 days from the delivery date. If not reported within 10 days, we cannot process your claim.
- Keep the original packaging and box as it is. Do not discard it. The original packaging may be required for replacement or inspection purposes.
- After receiving a valid complaint, Hush Hiven will decide whether to replace the defective part or the entire product, based on the type of defect or damage.
- Hush Hiven may ask for photos or videos of the product to verify your claim. This may include close-up images of the defect/damage and wider shots of the delivered product.
- All replacements depend on product availability. If the same product is not available, Hush Hiven may offer a similar product of equal value or features.
- The final decision on all replacement requests rests with Hush Hiven. We reserve the right to decline any request that doesn't meet our policy terms. Hush Hiven is not required to respond to legal notices regarding replacement claims, as approval or rejection is at the company's sole discretion.

- Fabric/leather peeling, pilling, or color fading visible at delivery.
2. Mechanism (for Recliners/Movable Parts)
- Noisy or stuck recliner movement due to faulty installation or manufacturing.
- Rocking/rotating function not working properly.
3. Build & Structure
- Broken or cracked frame when delivered.
- Loose or wobbly legs, arms, or joints at the time of delivery.
4. Cushion & Foam
- Visible sinking, collapsing, or lumps on delivery.
5. Finishing & Fittings
- Sharp edges or misaligned panels or arms.
- Visible scratches, dents, or rough areas from manufacturing.
- Loose or missing screws, nuts, bolts, or parts at the time of delivery.

1. Fabric & Upholstery
- Cuts, dents, color changes, or scratches from regular use or handling.
- Stains, oil marks, or dust buildup from everyday use.
- Fabric looseness on edges from sitting on it regularly.
- Pilling or peeling caused by rubbing, pets, or sharp objects.
- Mold, fungus, or bad smells from storing in wet or damp places.
- Damage caused by the customer, including tears, burns, or misuse.
2. Mechanism (for Recliners/Movable Parts)
- Normal wear and tear of the mechanism from regular use.
- Mechanism problems due to rough handling, uneven floors, or too much weight.
3. Build & Structure
- Bending or breaking of the frame caused by customer handling.
- Damage from moving, dragging, or placing incorrectly.
4. Cushion & Foam
- Natural softening, flattening, or sinking of foam/cushions over time from regular use.
