In rare cases where a product arrives defective or damaged, we offer a replacement according to our policy. Since our products are large and specially packed for hygiene and safety, we cannot accept returns once delivered. Our replacement policy is carefully created to provide a fair and smooth solution while keeping product quality and your trust intact.
- You must check the product when it arrives. If any product or part is defective or damaged, please contact Hush Hiven Customer Service right away by email or phone. You must report any issues within 10 days from the delivery date. If not reported within 10 days, we cannot process your claim.
